1⃣ I’ve been really stressed with school and track and balancing everything, but winter break is right around the corner!! I really need to focus on my work with NO distractions (IG prob isn’t helping, but it keeps me sane lol)
2⃣ School was such a hard transition (for eating) from being at home in the summer being on my own schedule, to being super busy and not having time to cook certain things or plan things out. I really need to start meal prepping and keeping my foods simple and clean. It’ll be good for my body & most importantly my mind. It’s so hard seeing negative changes in your body knowing you have full control over it, and it’s been taking a huge toll on my mind.. so this goal is a big one for me.
3⃣ SLEEP💤 not getting enough sleep has been making me feel run down and less motivated 😔 my goal is to get 8 hours a night so I can concentrate more on my work, feel good when I’m running, and run well at my first meet 😁
Alsoooo I tried #hansonmilktea today and loved it 😊😊 so that’s why I chose my coffee/tea as the background haha. 1/2 black iced coffee 1/2 black tea I used 3 equal and a little half & half.
